WE CANNOT PIERCE YOU IF YOU'RE PREGNANT, PLAN ON BECOMING PREGNANT, OR BREAST FEEDING.

DEPOSITS & BOOKING

  • ​Do not book more than one person per appointment. EACH PERSON NEEDS TO BOOK INDIVIDUALLY.

  • A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEE is required for each service. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost on the day of your appointment.

​

  • We DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ORAL PIERCINGS nor do we carry the jewelry for it. 

​

  • PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE COLD OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS. If you show up to your appointment with symptoms, SERVICES WILL BE REFUSED and you will need to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit.​

​

  • NO ADDITIONAL SERVICES can be added on the day of your appointment.

​

  • NO CHILDREN OR BABIES allowed in the studio. Please make the proper arrangements before booking.

JEWELRY

  • ​WE DO NOT PROVIDE PICTURES OF CURRENT JEWELRY INVENTORY. An anatomy assessment needs to be completed in order to size your jewelry accordingly. You will be able to view and select jewelry on the day of your appointment.

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUTSIDE JEWELRY.​

  • We are a fine jewelry establishment. We do not carry subpar jewelry. OUR SELECTION OF JEWELRY CONSISTS OF YELLOW, WHITE, AND ROSE SOLID GOLD OPTIONS with a lifetime manufacturer guarantee against defects.

  •  WE CARRY LIMITED TITANIUM JEWELRY.

THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • WE HAVE A STRICT APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE to ensure that all clients have the best piercing experience as possible.

​

  • ARRIVE ON TIME. Please ring the doorbell at the scheduled time that you booked for. Showing up early or late will interfere with a client 's appointment and disrupt the flow of the day.

​

  • There is a 5 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. IF YOU ARE OVER 5 MINUTES LATE, YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO SHOW. After two no shows, our services will no longer be provided.

​

  • BRING PROPER GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID presented in physical form. (Ex: Do not bring a picture of it on your phone. 

​

  • You may bring ONLY ONE GUEST. Your guest must be 18+ and we will card. Your GUEST CANNOT ENTER THE PIERCING ROOM while the piercing procedure is taking place.

CANCELLATION &  RESCHEDULING 

  • You MUST EMAIL US FOR ALL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS. We will not take cancellations by phone, text, or DM's.

​

  • If you're unable to reschedule on the booking site, you MUST EMAIL US SO WE CAN MAKE THE APPOINTMENT CHANGES. We will not take rescheduling requests by phone, text, or DM's.

​

  • Please provide cancellation / booking requests AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE BOOKED APPOINTMENT. IF YOU GO OUTSIDE OF THAT 24 HOURS, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEIT.
